Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Standard Ground Shipping typically takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

HAZMAT Shipping Restrictions (Important)
Because perfumes and colognes contain alcohol, they are classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) by the Department of Transportation (DOT). By law, these items must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping. We cannot offer expedited air shipping (Next Day, 2-Day Air) for fragrance products.

Geographic Restrictions
Due to the HAZMAT shipping regulations surrounding fragrances, we currently only ship within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Perfumes Stop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.
